Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Walnut Lane by Tara. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. 

Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at tarawalnutlane@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. 

Non-Returnable Items: Due to the nature of our products, the following items are final sale:

-Lip Balms and personal care items( for hygiene reasons)

-Custom or personalized items

-Sale items

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges: If you received a damaged or defective item, we’ll gladly exchange it. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
